Refund Policy

Given their nature, by subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Once a subscription payment is made, it is considered final and no refunds will be provided, except as required by applicable law. This includes any partial months of service, or any unused portion of the subscription term. We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time without prior notice. Optional Third-party Tools and Peer-to-Peer

Wallafan.com is a container platform for creators and their fans where both parties connect and interact independently. For this reason we may provide you with access to third-party tools, including but not limited to Paypal payment services over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. Direct transactions between Creators and their Customers are to be considered as is (direct) and in no way Wallafan.com are responsible with any related aspect, issues and consequences, except for what concerns the maintenance and correct functioning of the direct payments API (ie. Paypal or Stripe API). 

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

If you are a Creator, you are considered as an autonomous business operator and it is your sole responsibility to deal with every aspect related with running your business, including but not limited to offering customer support to your fans, monitoring sales and transactions, solving transactions and orders controversies, including but not limited to shipping and chargeback requests, assuring your customers' privacy and paying your taxes according with your business country's regulations. To facilitate transparency towards your customers and fans, you may add your own Terms and Privacy info from your account. We do not check or monitor the existence of your own Terms and Privacy info, nor we are in any way responsible for their accuracy and enforcement. In other words, Wallafan is a container platform where you run your own business and you are the sole responsible over all its related aspects.

If you are a Fan/Customer any activity on the platform directly involving you and Creators pertains exclusivily to the relationship that you autonomously initiate with such creators and we neither monitor nor have any control nor input over it. Any aspects, issues or consequences related with your relationship with creators, including but not limited to payments, transactions, support, chargeback requests, shipping, quality of content need to be directly addressed to the creators in question. You agree that in no case shall Wallafan.com, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. • Share only photos and videos that you’ve taken or have the right to share.
  
  You own the content you post on Wallafan. Remember to post authentic content, and don’t post anything you’ve copied or collected from the Internet that you don’t have the right to post. 
  
  
  
• Don't exploit the referral program
  
  We pay generous fees for referred users, but we want real users. We have several systems in place to vet referred users, and exploiting the referral program will be considered a grave infraction: if you get caught doing so, your entire earnings will be reset and your account might be closed at our sole discretion. 
  
  
  
• Post photos and videos that are appropriate for a diverse audience.
  
  We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Wallafan. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos in the context of breastfeeding, birth giving and after-birth moments, health-related situations (for example, post-mastectomy, breast cancer awareness or gender confirmation surgery) or an act of protest are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures are allowed, too.
  
  
  
• We encourage meaningful and genuine interactions.
  
  Help us stay spam-free by not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent, unless they are your current customers. 
  
  
  You don’t have to use your real name on Wallafan, but we do require Platinum subscribers to provide us with accurate and up to date information for invoicing and tax reasons. Don't impersonate others and don't create accounts for the purpose of violating our guidelines or misleading others.
  
  
  
• Follow the law.
  
  Wallafan is not a place to support or praise terrorism, organized crime or hate groups. Offering sexual services, buying or selling firearms, alcohol, and tobacco products between private individuals, and buying or selling non-medical or pharmaceutical drugs are also not allowed. We also remove content that attempts to trade, co-ordinate the trade of, donate, gift, or ask for non-medical drugs, as well as content that either admits to personal use (unless in the recovery context) or coordinates or promotes the use of non-medical drugs. 
  
  
  Remember to always follow the law when offering to sell or buy other regulated goods. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real money games of skill or online lotteries must get our prior written permission before using any of our products.
  
  
  We have zero tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual content in general and sexual content involving minors in particular or threatening to post intimate images of others.
  
  
  
• Respect other members of the Wallafan community.
  
  We want to foster a positive, diverse community. We remove content that contains credible threats or hate speech, content that targets private individuals to degrade or shame them, personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted messages. We do generally allow stronger conversation around people who are featured in the news or have a large public audience due to their profession or chosen activities.
  
  
  It's never OK to encourage violence or attack anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases. When hate speech is being shared to challenge it or to raise awareness, we may allow it. In those instances, we ask that you express your intent clearly.
  
  
  Serious threats of harm to public and personal safety aren't allowed. This includes specific threats of physical harm as well as threats of theft, vandalism, and other financial harm. We carefully review reports of threats and consider many things when determining whether a threat is credible.
  
  
  
• Maintain our supportive environment by not glorifying self-injury.
  
  The Wallafan community cares for each other, and is often a place where people facing difficult issues such as eating disorders, cutting, or other kinds of self-injury come together to create awareness or find support. We try to do our part by providing education in the app and adding information in the Help Center so people can get the help they need.
  
  
  Encouraging or urging people to embrace self-injuty is counter to this environment of support, and we’ll remove it or disable accounts if it’s reported to us. We may also remove content identifying victims or survivors of self-injury if the content targets them for attack or humor.
  
  
  
• Be thoughtful when posting newsworthy events.
  
  We understand that many people use Wallafan to share important and newsworthy events. Some of these issues can involve graphic images. Because so many different people and age groups use Wallafan, we will remove videos and photos of intense graphic violence from your public feed to make sure Wallafan stays appropriate for everyone. 
  
  
  We understand that people often share this kind of content to condemn, raise awareness or educate. If you do share content for these reasons, we encourage you to caption your photo with a warning about graphic violence and to make your post and its content only available to your subscribers. Sharing graphic images for sadistic pleasure or to glorify violence is never allowed.
  
  
  
• Adult performers.
  
  We have no prejudice towards adult performers, so you are welcome to join Wallafan and create your own profile using your stage name, as long as your content and behavior abide by this Terms of Service. In short, as long as you create and share content different from that of an adult, pornographic nature, don't share or promote your adult line of business and stick to the rules, you are welcome to run your side content creation business, on Wallafan.
